Anita Jane Marinacci, age 81, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina passed away on Tuesday, October 8 in Fort Mill, SC. Jane was born in Wheeling, WV, daughter of the late Charles and Anita Sampson. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Dailey, and her husband, Quinn Marinacci.
As an elementary school teacher, she continuously enriched the lives of students and actively participated in the betterment of her community. She loved searching for sand dollars on the beach, going to see the Christmas lights, arts and crafts, and hosting her family for Thanksgiving. She never missed a milestone and always lived life fully present in each moment. She was funny, charismatic, and truly never met a stranger.
She is survived by her son, David Forgash, daughter-in-law Dawn Forgash, granddaughters Stephanie and Rachel Forgash of Charlotte, NC, granddaughter Jessica Allphin of Marietta, OH, and brother, Ned Sampson, of Wheeling, WV.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00am on October 26, 2024, at Trinity United Methodist Church 706 14th Ave S, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582.
