Anselm Joseph Dyer II

Anselm Joseph Dyer II (A.J.) died Sunday, April 10, 2016 at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina. Born at Camp Lejeune Marine Base, Jacksonville, North Carolina on 26 April 1984, he was the beloved son of Colonel. Anselm (Sam) and Mary Dyer and the devoted brother of Monique Dyer. AJ attended Summerville High School, Coastal Carolina University, Charleston Southern University and was a member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity. He was an avid musician, who taught marching band to students at the various schools in the greater Columbia South Carolina area, composed musical selections, and participated in various drum corps competitions with the Glassmen International marching band thru-out the country. His precious memories will forever be cherished by his grandmother, Anora Dyer, a host of aunts, uncles, step-mother, step-sister and step-brother, cousins, and friends.
