Betty Jo Carner-Mangrum, 43 of North Charleston, South Carolina died on Sunday, September 14, 2014, at MUSC Medical Center in Charleston, South Carolina. Born Tuesday, February 23, 1971 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, she was the daughter of Betty McKee Carner, the late John Carner and the widow of the late Paul Magrum.
