Carl Thomas Howard

Carl Thomas Howard, 88 of Summerville South Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2024.

Born on September 9, 1935 in Grantsville, West Virginia was a Son of the late Callie Howard and Carl Howard.

Carl had a long career teaching music in Pompton Lakes, NJ. He had a love for the arts and love attending performances. Carl also loved to cultivate friendships and mentoring people over the years. He was proud of growing up in West Virginia and living in New Jersey and South Carolina.

Carl is preceded in death by Grace Stalnaker (Sister)

Carl is survived by wife Aleatha Howard (Anderson); Caroline Edwards (Daughter), Mark Edwards (Son In-law), William Edwards (Grandson), Emma Edwards (Granddaughter), Eloise Bower (Sister), George Howard (Brother), Becky Archer (Niece), Linda Staley (Niece) and Bob Bower (Nephew)

The service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 3 2024, at Summerville Presbyterian Church, 407 S Laurel Street in Summerville, South Carolina.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Summerville Presbyterian Church.
