Charles A. Bennett Sr

The eternal resting of Charles Anthony Bennett Mr. Bennett passed on 12/11/24 with his son Jackson R Bennett and granddaughter Jessie by his side . Mr. Bennett was a Highly skilled mechanic and welder for many years he enjoyed old muscle, classic cars, and drag racing where you could see him in the early 80s and 90s at tracks here local Dorchester Dragway and Cooper River Dragway !!!! When he wasn't on the track he enjoyed off shore fishing and cutting a rug on the dance floor doing his favorite dance the shag ! He will be deeply missed and loved !! Proceeded in death by his father Jackson R Bennett , mother Ruth Bennett , brother Bobby Bennett, daughter Brandy Collette, Grandchildren Abriana & Tully. 

Surviving are his sons Charles “Tony” Bennett (Shannon), Jackson “Robert” Bennett (Ginger), a brother Thomas Bennett (Debra), six granddaughters, Sabrina Steele (Ronnie), Trinity Haught (Drew), Mikayla Lebrescu (Austin), Jesstina Dalicandro (Austin), Shelly Bennett (Daniel), & Hallie Collette, & eleven great grandchildren.
