Charles M. Wiggins

Charles Mervin Wiggins was born on March 15, 1943, in Charleston, SC to Rosco M. Wiggins and Dillish Wiggins. He was a high school graduate of James Island. He was a musician and an awesome guitar player. He was also a talented roofer and perform many jobs around Charleston and surrounding areas. 

On Saturday, December 21, 2024, Charles Mervin Wiggins entered into eternal rest. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: his brother, William Wiggins; and a sister, Blondene Dobal. 

Left to cherish fond memories: his wife, Sherril Wiggins; two daughters; Jeannie Lynn Wiggins and Angela Rose Youngblood; two brothers; Cleveland Warren Wiggins and Stephen Matthew Wiggins; one sister; Emma Lee Heitman; step-son; Christopher Petrey; step-grandchild; Dustin Petrey; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who loved him dearly.
