Christopher "Cristian" Mark Clay

Christopher (Cristian) Mark Clay, 51 of Summerville, South Carolina, passed away on Monday, Oct 23, 2023, at his home.

 

Cristian was born on December 16, 1972, in Oklahoma City, OK to Pamela Cay Williams. 

 

After graduating Northwest Classen High School in Oklahoma City in 1989, Cristian attended college in Oklahoma City before entering the hospitality industry where he was an outstanding server with as well as being a master bartender and sommelier.

 

Cristian moved to Denver CO in 2016 where he was an affiliated with Oxford House. In 2021 Cristian relocated to Columbia, SC where he was a very highly rated driver for Uber. In 2022 Cristian moved to Charleston, SC where he expanded his career with Uber by purchasing an 8-passenger van. Cristian’s love of people and captivating personality made him extremely popular with everyone he met.  

 

Cristian was preceded in death by his mother, Pamela Cay Williams, his younger brother, Daniel Marston Williams, his grandparents Roland Laverne Williams and Margaret Roe, his aunt Veta Marie Williams-Floyd, and uncle, William Darrell Floyd.

 

He is survived by his cousins, Darleta Marlane Floyd, and Ryan Thomas Coward.

 

Interment will be at the Greenwood Cemetery in Weatherford, OK.
