Donna E Gadd

Donna Regan Gadd of Mt. Pleasant, SC went to be with the lord on July 16, 2014 after a long battle with lung cancer. She was born in Pittsburgh Pa., and was previously married to Frank K. Regan of Carmel, Indiana, whom they had three children; John Robert Regan Sr. married to Anne, and their children John Robert Jr. and Katharine. Susie Regan Jennings married to Pierre Jennings and their children James Patrick and Robert. James K. Regan married to Marissa and their children, Alyson, Rachel and James Jr. Donna lived in Indianapolis, Indiana for 51 years and married to her late husband William Gadd. While living in Indianapolis she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University. They moved to Charleston, SC in 2002. William Gadd passed away in April of 2008. Donna was very active in the community of Mount Pleasant, in which she served on many boards including, E.C. Women’s Club, Garden Club @Sneed Farm, Turtle Ladies Volunteer, former Newcomer Member, Roper Hospital volunteer. Donna loved life. She loved to travel and see the world. She adored her children, grandchildren and friends. She always found the time to attend the sporting events of her grandchildren: cheer, dance, hockey, football and lacrosse. She always found peace by walking along the beach, as well as spending time with her family on the beach. Her loyal companions Maggie and Lucy will greatly miss her. A celebration of her life will be held Monday July, 21, 2014 11:00am in Mt. Pleasant, SC at Church at Life Park 1151 George Browder Blvd. Memorial contributions will be taken for a memorial bench in her honor.
