Elizabeth Doscher Traynor (Seubert) Spencer, 80 of Johns Island, South Carolina entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, December 11, 2013, at Harvest Health in Johns Island, South Carolina. Born Friday, June 23, 1933 in Charleston, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late George M. Traynor and the late Helen Jones Traynor and the wife of the late William Spencer of Kingstree. Surviving are daughters, Helen Seubert Fortner, Donna Seubert Blough, both of Charleston and Susan Hannegan of Virginia Beach; 6 grand children, Joseph Hannegan, Brian Hannegan, Daniel Hannegan, Paul Steven Fortner, Jr., Katie Michele Fortner, Troy Michael Blough Jr. and brother, Charles Angelo Traynor. Ms. Spencer was preceded in death by brother, George M Traynor Jr. and sister, Mimi Traynor Singletary The family would like to offer their gratitude to the wonderful staff who have cared for Ms. Spencer throughout the years.
