CHARLESTON - Ellen M. Batchelor Richards, 97, of Charleston, widow of Ira B. Richards, passed away on July 28, 2020 at the National Health Care Facility in the West Ashley Area of Charleston. Arrangements are pending and are under the direction of the Palmetto Cremation Society in North Charleston.
