Gregory William Corwyn

Gregory William Corwyn December 11 1957-December 27, 20 Gregory William Corwyn, 59, of Mount Pleasant, SC, formerly of Elmhurst, IL, a Carpenter and Contractor with TLC Enterprises, died Tuesday, December 27, 2016. Greg is survived by his parents, William and Anna; sister, Valerie (Bell); niece, Corrynn (Adam Hauger); great-nephews, Alexander and Aedin; great-niece, Clarissa; nephew, John (fiancée Candace); grand-nephews, William Bentley and Makayla Bell, William H. and Matthew T. Wed; former wife and best friend, Victoria Albers. Greg was a fond step-dad to Rachel (Brandon Clark) and Krissy (Patrick); fond “Gida” to grandchildren, Seth, Callie and Chloe. He was a partner at TLC Enterprises Construction and was a volunteer for The Salvation Army and the Red Cross after Hurricane Hugo. He was a longtime resident of Mount Pleasant, SC. He was the life of the party and friend to many. A private memorial service will be held in the near future. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Greg’s name to cancer research. “I believe imagination is stronger than knowledge. That myth is more potent than history.
