Hope Elizabeth Demaline
July 19, 1969 — February 17, 2022
On February 17, 2022, heaven gained another angel when Hope Elizabeth (Nichols) Demaline passed from death to eternal life after a short bout with cancer.
She was born to the late Peggy Ann (Rapp) Driscoll in Vidalia GA on July 19, 1969. Although Hope never met her father, she loved and adored her Stepfather, who she called dad, the late Bucky Norris.
Hope grew up on Hilton Head Island and spent most of her life in the Beaufort County area. After obtaining her GED, Hope was currently pursuing a career in Business Management by taking online college courses. She spent the last summer reconnecting with old friends and was happier than she could be enjoying life and working on her goals.
Family was very important to Hope, and she would always have a smile on her face no matter how tough life could be at times. She is survived by her love of eight years, Jim Fenn; her sister Jody Ward; her best friend Michelle Ward; her nephew John R. Crocker V (Jennifer); countless friends, and many nieces and nephews that she loved and adored.
Hope will forever be loved and missed by all that knew her.
She would not want us to be sad, but to celebrate the time we had with her and remember how precious your life is here on this earth. As she would say, “Live – Laugh – Love”.
There will be a Celebration of Life held on a later date.
