Julia I Eastep

Julia Eastep, age 100, went to be with the Lord on October 29, 2024 after having lived in Charleston, SC since 2020.

Julia was born in Pasadena, Maryland to John and Goldie Engler; she was one of eleven children. Julia married Jack Eastep of Bowie, Maryland on April 11, 1945.

Julia was a loving mother to her children, Jack Eastep, Julie Christian, Kathy Mehrzad and Cindy Zimmer and a wonderful homemaker to the family. She was much beloved by her grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.

Julia was preceded in death by her husband, Jack C. Eastep and her son, Jack E. Eastep and is survived by her daughters, Julie, Kathy and Cindy.

A service for Julia will be held in the spring of 2025 with a specific date, time and location to be announced closer to the time of her memorial.
