Kenneth Parks Howard, 67, of Charleston, South Carolina, passed away on 3/01/2023.

Kenny was born to James Lewis Howard Sr & Francis Gertrude (Campbell) Howard on August 13th, 1955.

He worked on a shrimp boat in his younger days and spent many years as a truck driver, but enjoyed being on the water so much he returned to SC and worked as a dock hand in his retirement.

Kenny never met a stranger and all who knew him, loved him. Upon returning to SC, he met Nancy and together they found happiness.

Kenny was preceded in death by his sister; Kimberly Howard, sister; Susan (Archie) Koester, and both of his parents; James & Francis Howard, as well as his son in law; Shawn Glenn

He is survived by his beloved; Nancy Wilkins, 4 children; Tiffany Glenn, Tana (Nik) Aldridge, Trista (Shaun) Herndon, Kj (Mallory) Howard, 5 grandsons, 9 granddaughters, 3 great grand children, Brother James (Diane) Howard Jr., sister Lynne White, and innumerable friends.

There will be a celebration of life held Thursday, March 9th 2023, from 12-5 at the James Island County Park located at 871 Riverland Drive in the Toogoodoo Porch. Parking is $2.00
