Lucinda Ann LaCava (Our sweet Cindy), 51 of Summerville, South Carolina, transitioned to heaven late Tuesday evening, June 21, 2022.

Born on November 1, 1970 in Evansville, IN to Carol A. Rainey Byers and Edward Batteiger.

She studied at Murray State University acquiring a business degree in finance. And went on with her career at Bank of America and National City Mortgage.

Listening to music with her husband and her two mini dachshunds (Sofia and Happy) was her most enjoyable pastime.

Preceded to heaven before her are Carol A. Rainey Byers, (her lovely mother), Pastor Allen Byers, (her dear step-father), and Carl

Batteiger ( her cherished big brother).

Lucinda is survived by John LaCava (Husband), Caroline LaCava (step-Daughter), Amber Harrison (step-daughter), Greg Larsen (step-son), Ed Batteiger (Father), Brandon Batteiger (son)
