Maureen Therese Denny

Maureen Therese Denny, 59, of North Charleston, South Carolina, passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2022.

Born on July 1, 1963 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Maureen was a daughter of the late, Brenda Bizzell (Craig) and Sherman Moore.

Maureen attended the University of Central Oklahoma where she graduated with a degree in Special Education and Liberal Arts.  She loved watching college football and the NBA, she enjoyed Stephen King novels and 70's music, watching scary movies and funny movies. Her favorite thing to do was spend time with her family. She spent most of her life dedicating her time to working in social services.

She was the most loving person who'd do anything she could to help those that she loved. Her only daughter and especially grandson, Liam was and is still her whole world. Her laughter and smile will be forever missed by all who loved her. 

Maureen is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Tom Moore.

Maureen is survived by her daughter, Reteley Moore; her grandson, Liam; her husband, Allen Denny; her siblings, Patty Moore, Brenda Brown, John Moore, Holly Anthony, Terry Moore, Maggie Moore, and Kevin Moore.
