Richard William Campbell, 59, of North Charleston, formerly of Aiken SC passed away September 2, 2016. He was previously employed by the Aiken County and Tri County EMS. He was the owner of Park Circle Cafe. At the time of his death, he was employed by the City Of North Charleston. He was preceded in death by his Mother, Billie Campbell, his Brother, Jimmy Campbell, and a Nephew. He is survived by his Father, Raymond Campbell of New Ellenton, two sisters, Janice (Carey) Burriss of Beech Island, and Carol Lovett of Lexington, four nieces and two nephews. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, September 6th, at 3:00 PM at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church. 1182 Old Jackson Hwy Jackson, SC 29831.
