Samuel David Taylor

Samuel “Sam” David Taylor, age 51, died peacefully on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at his home in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Sam was born in Charleston, SC on Sept. 21, 1964, son of the late Herbert C. Taylor Sr. and Myrtle Dean Anderson Taylor. He is survived by two brothers, John Paul Taylor of Mt. Pleasant, Herbert Clyde Taylor Jr. of Awendaw; three sisters, Ethel Ann Jones and Virginia Dale Barnett, both of North Charleston and Sherry Dean Arnold of Mt. Pleasant. In addition to his parents, Sam was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Glenn Taylor. Sam’s wishes were to be cremated. The family welcomes friends for a “Celebration of Life” on Sunday, March 13, 2016 from 3-6 p.m. at 980 Provincial Circle, Mt. Pleasant 29464. Sam will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
